Returns & Exchange
- If a pack arrives damaged or the wrong product is delivered, tell us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery — we replace it.
- Exchanges are possible for sealed packs (shipping charges are paid by the customer).
- Opened or used bottles cannot be returned — for health and hygiene reasons.
- For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer within 3–5 working days.
